Our obsession: their health. And when some nights, we can't do it, there's room for guilt.

But beware ! Always healthy .

THE HEALTH DAMAGES OF INDUSTRIAL CAKES

Despite all this, the snack often goes by the wayside!

For lack of time (yet) , we must admit that we often abandon this mission to large industrial groups. It must be said that with a lot of advertising messages, they know not to be forgotten by young and old!!

However, we now know thanks to the YUKA application : these delicious little cookies are not only overloaded with sugars and fats, they also contain lots of chemical additives responsible either for modifying their taste or for keeping them longer...

And on arrival, in addition to tipping the food balance scales on the wrong side, they attack the good bacteria in our body responsible for watching over our immunity. You know ? The famous microbiome so dear to Demain® !

So we decided to give you some tips to rebalance your children's snacks and ensure their good health.

Stay until the end: we have prepared a chocolate cake recipe for you!

FRUITS RICH IN VITAMINS AND PREBIOTICS TO PRESERVE A GOOD IMMUNE DEFENSE SYSTEM

Eating one or more fruits is essential to provide a daily dose of vitamins, but also fiber. Fiber is food for our good bacteria.
They are also called prebiotics.
They will help preserve a healthy microbiota and therefore a good immune defense system.
Quite the opposite of industrial cakes...

Which ones to choose?

It doesn't matter, as long as they're in season and raw. Indeed, a compote, even homemade, will not have the same vitamin and fiber intake, because they are destroyed by cooking and mixing.
We advise you to read this very good article on the subject.

WATER FOR GOOD HYDRATION AND BETTER CONCENTRATION

As we know, water is an essential element to keep the body healthy. The absorption of water must be able to compensate for the losses suffered during our daily activities.

Our children exercise a lot, it is important to maintain their hydration level to nourish all their cells, including the cells of their brain in charge of their concentration and their performance, because after the snack, time for homework! A very good article on the subject also here .

AND FINALLY, PLEASE PLACE WITH A GOOD HOMEMADE CAKE! BECAUSE PLEASURE IS ALSO HEALTH !

Pleasure is healthy! It provides inner well-being and gives us access to the best of ourselves by stimulating our creativity.
A little fun break... For get away well!

So that your child can have fun without harming his health, today we offer you the cake recipe (the chocolate cake) of Amber.
It is so easy to make that she knows how to do it herself.
